Security Deposit

All trips with Lake Tawakoni Fishing Guide Tony Pennebaker require a security deposit of $ 100.00. If the customer cancels the trip, we will charge a $ 25.00 early cancelation fee and return your $ 75.00. All cancelations of 48 hours or less DO NOT receive a refund of the Security Deposit.

Firearms

We define our policy as “Don’t Ask and Don’t Tell.” We prefer you NOT bring your firearms on our boat for legal liability reasons. We own guns and love to shoot, but a Blue Catfishing Trip on Lake Tawakoni does NOT require firearms.  

Alcohol

You are welcome to bring wine and or beer on our fishing trip, but please enjoy it in moderation. We DO NOT allow hard liquor on our Lake Tawakoni Guided Fishing Trips.
