Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All trips require a 30% deposit to book a date. We will always work with our clients, but any trip canceled within FIVE Business Days and NOT rescheduled will forfeit the deposit. Finding a replacement trip is very difficult in five business days or less. If rebooked, the 30% deposit applies to the new date. Please call 903-474-3078 if you have any questions.
